Forman Pharmaceutical Society in collaboration with Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences & Mercy Health Center organized a Cardiac Awareness Camp on 15 March 2018. Consultant Cardiologist, Dr Kamran Babar delivered a lecture on How you can lower the risk of developing heart disease. They also provided the free screening tests ECG, Cholesterol, Triglyceride Test, Blood Sugar & Uric Acid Tests. Dr Babar commented, ‘A healthy diet routine, exercise and stress-free mind can sum up to long healthy life’. The event was followed by a question answer session regarding stress and heart problems.
