FCC Rotaract Club wins Best Club Award in District 3272
The FCC Rotaract Club won the Best Club Award at the 2nd Annual Rotaract District conference 2012 for District 3272 (Pakistan and Afghanistan). The conference was held in Green Retreat Hotel, Nathiagali, which was attended by Rotaract clubs from across Pakistan. The FCC Rotaract Club got four awards, the Best Institution-based Club Award, Best General Secretary Award for Asadullah, the current President of the club, Best Finance Service Award and the Entertainment Committee Award.
District Rotaract Representative (DRR) Rtr Fazal Habib said the FC Rotaract Club had a great year and effectively increased the fellowship in Pakistan. He also said the club provided the best financial services in the district by initiating projects the Cultural Festival, helping out poor families, Polio awareness projects and Volunteer Fairs. He added that they were proud to have FC Rotract Club operating in the Pakistan and Afghanistan district.
FCC Rotaract Club President Abdullah Hunain and General Secretary Asadullah were thankful to FCC for the facilities provided to them. They also expressed their gratitude to the management for their cooperation, especially Dean of Students Cheryl Burke, Director of Student Activities Kashif Sharoon and Club Advisor Raheen-ul-Haque.
