Ewing Literary Society off to Essay Writing Competition at Kinnaird College
The Ewing Literary Society went to Kinnaird College for Essay Writing Competition held on 7 December 2012 and won third prize. The essay writing competition was organized by Kinnaird College’s Political Science Club in collaboration with IPAIDABRIBE, in regard to the International Anti-corruption Day.
The topic for the competition was: “Is corruption the price we pay for democracy?”
Retired Justice Nasira Iqbal was the Chief Guest for the event. In her address to the audience, she condemned corruption and told the youth that it is their responsibility to root this malaise out.
