CBS Organizes Discussion on Is Character Development in the hand of an individual or is it a Collective Responsibility?

Character Building Society – FCCU continuing the legacy of organizing academically, socially, and personally helpful programs has collaborated with Character Building Society – University of Management Technology for an interactive session by our privileged guest speaker Ms. Arooj Fatima who is a psychologist, and CEO of Designera. The topic of discussion is ‘Is Character Development in the hand of an individual or is it a Collective Responsibility?’ The agenda behind the session was to ease the students in their character development significant for leading a successful life. The event was a great success altogether. There are three main influences on personality development that were looked into in this session. Those are heredity, environment, and situation. The speaker was asked questions about strategies to determine sound character and conduct. Our honored guest speaker elaborated on these factors to nurture appreciable morale.
