Muhammad Moman Khan stands 1st in All Pakistan GSC Shield Competition 2013
FCC students participated in GomalUniversity’s 3rd annual All Pakistan GSC Shield Competition from 2 to 4 January 2013.
This 4-day grueling competition had more than 20 institutional teams participating in the event. RepresentingFormanChristianCollege, were Muhammad Moman Khan and Hamza Mustafa who competed as a team, speaking in the initial round held on 3January. They qualified and moved on to the finals round that took place the next day.
In the individual category Usama Hameed Tarar participated and also qualified for the finals round. For the Urdu part of the competition, Hamza Mustafa competed in the ‘Urdu Humorous’ category, while Usama Hameed Tarar participated as an ‘Urdu Serious’ speaker. Usama earned 2nd place for his speech. Muhammad Moman Khan, on the other hand, triumphed in the ‘English Serious’ section by coming first in that category.
