Lucas Economics Society distributes vegetables for Sustainable Agriculture Project

Lucas Economics Society has successfully grown ladyfingers and distributed them among some of the FCC field staff on 28 August, 2012. The project is a part of the LES Sustainable Agriculture Project.

So far, eggplants and ladyfingers have been distributed among 8 workers. The society plans to distribute lemons next week. Radishes, fenugreek seeds, spinach and some other vegetables will also be planted. The society is also in the process of gathering the data of other workers who can be helped.
