LF organizes Nestle visit to SOM for focus group
Team Nestlé, in collaboration with the Leadership Forum, visited FCCU School of Management, led by their amazing Brand Manager Ms Fizza Ijaz for conducting a three-day focus group. A focus group is a gathering of deliberately selected people who participate in a planned discussion that is intended to reveal elicit consumer perceptions about a particular brand and product. Besides this, Ms Fizza also gave an interview for the official Leadership Forum page, where she discussed about the organizational culture of Nestle and what they look for while recruiting fresh graduates. Moreover, she lauded the diversity of FCCU and claimed that it was always an amazing experience visiting the SOM and interacting with the millennial’s.
