LES Organizes Lecture on Why Planned Economies are Superior to Market Economies?
On 20 November 2017, Lucas Economics Society organized an interactive and informative lecture on Why Planned Economies are Superior to Market Economies by Dr Taimur Rehman, Academician & Spokesperson for Laal Band.
The lecture started at 01:00 pm after our honorable guest graced us by his presence in E-025. The lecture was definitely quite enlightening and a source of enhancement for our knowledge on the given topic. Both kinds of Economies were well explained and elaborated upon and the superiority of Planned Economies was reasoned. It was a delight to have Dr Taimur share with us his insight and knowledge from what he had experienced and learned.
The lecture was attended by our conquered faculty members from the economics department and students from Economics Majors.
The completion of lecture was followed by a round of questions and answers from the audience. It was a highly interactive and insightful session.
It was followed by a lively Performance by Dr Rehman, mesmerizing the audience. It has been a great honor having him over.
