ISSC holds Panel Discussion on Child Abuse
The Intermediate Social Sciences Club held a Panel Discussion on Child Abuse on 22 February 2018. The Panel consisted of Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, Mohammad Zaman Nazi; Lecturer of Urdu, Hina Patrick; Head of Social Sciences, Fizza Anwar; Lecturer of Physics Department, Umer Chaudhry and Intermediate Student Counselor, Arooj Justin. The discussion revolved around the meaning of abuse, different types of abuse, the way victims of abuse must be supported and the role of educational institutions in creating and awareness about such important issues. A number of faculty members along with students actively participated in the discussion through comments and questions.
