FPSS and LES hold lecture by Dr Shaista Khilji
Prof Dr Shaista E Khilji, Professor of Human and Organizational Learning and International Affairs at the George Washington University, USA, spoke on ‘Globalization Change and Learning’ on 28 April 2015 at FCC. In her erudite lecture she highlighted the human centered view of globalization, its paradoxes, its changing landscape and its relationship with the learning society.
The lecture was jointly organized by the Forman Political Science Society and Lucas Economics Society. The talk was very interactive and many questions were put up by the audience. It was attended by the faculty of Social Sciences and Economics Department and students from the Political Science and Economics Departments. At the end of the lecture Prof Khilji was presented with a shield as a token of appreciation.
