FJS holds an interactive session with an influential figure Mr Iqrar ul Hasan

Forman Journalism Society never holds itself back when it comes to interesting sessions and interactive talks with the most influential and well recognized personlities of Pakistan. Yet again, FJS marks 16 October 2017 as a day for change by inviting Mr Iqrar ul Hassan to hold an engaging session on the topic ‘The limits of Pakistani Media’ under the label of ‘Bol ke Lab Azaad Hain Teray’, for the youth to open up their eyes to truth and humanity.

Mr Iqrar talked about how he started off with his career to being a remarkable public speaker and shared his personal experiences throughout life, and how truth is an important aspect for a nation as a whole and works as a platform to do greater things for the community. He also encouraged the students to ask questions that are important to be put forward on media for future awareness.

The event was supervised by the advisor Forman Journalism Society, Mr Syed Saqib M Saleem and was attended by the faculty of mass communication which included Ms Faiza Rafique, Ms Ambreen Javed, Ms Farheen Saeed, Ms Ayesha Fareed, Ms Nida Tahseen and students from FCCU.

The session turned out to be a huge success like always, encouraging students to make better prospects for the future and working for Pakistan to make it as reputable as the other countries in the world, as Sir Iqrar ul Hassan says “Sakoon apnay Pakistan may hai or kahin nahin”.
