FES holds successful Mega Week
The Formanites Education Society organized the first Mega Week which started from 14 January 2013.
The first event in this series was an informative workshop on Communication Skills by Prof Shakeel Amjad who is the Head of the English Department at Punjab University. The lecture was beneficial for both intermediate and baccalaureate students.
A Calligraphy Competition was held on 15 January 2013. Students beautifully expressed their ideas on paper as participants from various disciplines attended the event.
A lecture on Induction in the Pakistan Army held on 16 January 2013 was also a part of this week’s events. A team of Army officials from its Recruitment and Selection Center visited FCC to inform students of the induction process for army recruits.
FES also held a screening of the movie ‘Student of the Year’ on 17 January 2013. A large number of students attended the screening, marking it the end of a very successful Mega Week.
Formanites’ Education Society looks forward to bringing both education and entertainment to the students of FCC.
