FDS wins Team Trophy at King Edward University’s Intercollegiate Bilingual Declamations Competition
King Edward Medical University hosted its Intercollegiate Bilingual Declamations Competition this year with the introduction of a theme ‘A New Pakistan’. The event was held on 25 February 2013. More than 25 universities and colleges from all over Pakistan participated in the event.
Representing Forman Christian College, we had Bilal Rana who competed in the Urdu Category. For the English declamations, we had Gadhaun Aslam. Among the tough competitors, FCC students held their own with Bilal Rana placing 2nd in his category and Gadhaun Aslam achieving 3rd place in English. Overall due to their performance in the competition, FCC took home the Team Trophy and upheld the institution’s name and legacy.
