‘Donate blood and Save Life’
The Red Crescent Youth Group (RCYG) with the motto stated above has always been very keen in providing their help to the people in one way or the other. They have been arranging seminars and sessions in letting people understand the essence of helping people.
From 7 to 8 March 2013, the Red Crescent Youth Group showed a deep concern for helping and facilitating the patients of Thalassemia by donating blood to them. Fatimeed Foundation played a vital role in coming to our institution and making this easier for us. Around 7 people from this foundation came to Forman Christian College and collected blood from the students. They placed their stalls outside Sinclair Hall till evening.
More than 70 students donated blood for the welfare of these patients. They expressed their deep gratitude to the students who helped the patients suffering from this disease.
