BPS organizes Solar Observation
Benade Physics Society organized a Solar Observation in collaboration with Lahore Astronomical Society on 5 October 2015. In this Observation, students & teachers observed Sun with Pakistan’s largest H-alpha solar telescope (152mm Lunt) and an apochromatic refractor with Herschel wedge telescope. Black dots, flares, chromospheres and certain other impacts of Sun were perceived.
