BPS holds Solar Observation Day
Benade Physics Society in collaboration with Lahore Astronomical Society provided the students with an opportunity to observe the Sun with the Pakistan’s largest H-Alpha solar telescope (152mm Lunt) which was specifically brought to arouse the interest of students towards astronomy and everyone was invited to the event. Students as well as teachers not only of Physics but of different departments visited to get a chance to observe the black dots, flares, chromospheres, and other impacts of Sun.
