SBS visits NIBGE
The Senior Biological Society (SBS) arranged a study trip for Biotechnology students to NIBGE (the National Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering) on 2ndAugust, 2012. The trip was arranged by Dr Kausar Abdulla Malik and was held under the supervision of Dr Khalid Rasib.
A large number of students visited NIBGE as a part of this trip. The Director of NIBGE and its staff were highly hospitable to the FCC students.
The students visited the agriculture biotechnology labs, the health biotechnology labs and the environment biotechnology labs at NIBGE. The visiting students got the opportunity to learn many techniques while benefiting from the research projects in progress at the institute.
