Volunteer Fair by Rotaract
Rotaract Club of FC College organized a Volunteer Fair on 10 March 2011 with more than 4O NGO participants. The main goal of the fair was to promote working for social welfare and spirit of volunteerism among students. Students availed NGO memberships and came to know about internship and volunteer work opportunities. Faculty members from various departments also took part in the event.
Towards the end a street theater was performed in S-009. FCC students with Lok Rehas performed on ‘Flood in the Zia-ul-Haq Era’. The performance emphasized on the wrong use of power to deprive the poor of their rights.
Bargad was the main sponsor of the event.
