SBS holds Sci-Biz 2.0
The Senior Biology Society (SBS) organized Sci-Biz 2.0 on 19 February 2015. Participants were shown a sci-fi movie and were then provided with an opportunity to pick scientific flaws or bloopers in it. Dr Nadeem Asad and Dr Muhammad Irfan from the Department of Biological Sciences judged the event. Also present at the event were Dr Hamid Latif and Dr Sarah Yasir from the Department of Physics. Mr. Asfandyar won the first prize, who was awarded with a certificate as well as a cash prize.
