LES visits Pak Army Museum

Lucas Economics Society arranged one day trip to Islamabad on 28 September 2013. We visited different places the first of which was the Pak Army Museum situated in GHQ Rawalpindi. It is famous for the historical background of Army of Pakistan. We were the first civilians who visited that museum by getting special permission through Aftab Changyzi, the sculptor for the museum. We were welcomed by Brigadier Adnan who told us about the historical backgrounds of the weapons used in different wars and the role of our some prominent martyrs and about each piece of art placed there.

After lunch we left for Daman-e-Koh, which was the last spot. After having so much fun we left for Lahore.
