LES visits garments factory
Members of the Lucas Economics Society visited AN Clothing Factory on 24 September 2014. Mr Salahudin Ayubi, Advisor-LES accompanied the students. The General Manager of the factory explained the importance of the textile industry in the economy of Pakistan and talked about the factory’s operations. The students visited various departments, like stitching, packing, and denim. He explained about the factory’s adherence to international standards and answered various questions of the students.
