SBS celebrates Teacher’s Day
On 1 October 2014, the Senior Biology Society celebrated Teacher’s Day. The event started off with a special video of candid images of the faculty of Department of Biological Sciences. Students also presented poetry and prose to extend their heartiest gratitude to their teachers. The little anecdotes that students shared were thoroughly enjoyed by the teachers. Teachers were presented with special certificates of appreciation, which were signed by thumbprints of their students. In addition to that, the teachers were pleasantly surprised when they were presented with customized cupcakes with little books on the top with the name of the subject of each teacher. The event came to an end with teachers lauding the efforts of Team SBS for organizing this event.
