FCC students participate in Lahore School British Parliamentary Debating Competition
Forman Christian College participated in the Lahore School British Parliamentary Debating Competition last month, held at the Lahore School of Economics. FCC was represented in both the English and Urdu categories, by Aun Khokar, Ehtisham Akhter (English Team A), Zain Tahir, Kainat Shakil (English Team B), Momin Niazi, Shayan Shaukat (Urdu Team A) and Rizwan Saleem, Ahsan Rashid (Urdu Team B).
Despite a commendable debating round, FCC was unable to reach the quarter-finals for English. However, the Urdu Team A made it to the semi-finals. The competition was challenging, as some of the most proficient and accomplished speakers of the debating circuit participated in this esteemed event.
