APS holds workshop on Anger Management
The Armacost Psychological Society organized a workshop on Anger Management on 5 May 2015 which was conducted by Ivan Suneel Samuel from the Psychology Department and Counselor, University Counseling Center, FCC. The two-hour highly interactive session consisted of a detailed overview of what anger is and how it is experienced and manifested in various forms.
There were a number of activities throughout the session that helped the participants in actively engaging in the workshop, sharing their experiences and asking various questions. The participants also got the opportunity to engage in relaxation techniques and role plays. All in all, the session proved out to be helpful for the participants, as was evident through their active participation and in-depth discussion.
